I&#;m looking to sub-lease my room from August to July . The apartment is called University Trails and is a 4x4 i.e. 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom. Some of the details include:
• â Fully furnished (includes bed, washer, dryer, etc.)
• â A common living room
• â Stove, oven, ☢ microwave, etc.
• â Each person gets their own bathroom
• â Next to a 🚍 bus route that goes to campus
• â Amenities, such as a 🏊 pool, gym, study rooms, etc.
• â Rent is $ a month, which includes everything except 💡electricity which is about an additional $ a month, so the total is about $-$ a month
• â The 3 roommates are all 👨 guys, so I&#;m preferably looking for a 👨 male
