Howdy! (Sublease for the Spring at U Club Townhomes on Marion Pugh)
My name is Shaun Anderson, and I will be graduating in December. I am currently looking for someone who needs a place to stay for the Spring! My townhome is Unit , which is right next to the front office and the included amenities such as the Gym, 🏊 pool, Study Rooms, and Comfort Zone; all within U Club! A great plus is that my place is only a 5 minute car ride from campus and Kyle Field!
My roommates are good hearted people. They are the polar opposite of boring! One of them is an engineer like myself, another getting into the medical field, and my third roommate is an aspiring entrepreneur! They are seriously great group of 👨 guys, and I have a tear in my eye writing this since I will be moving out soon!
The rent is $ a month. There is also a $ sublease fee that I will cover! The lease goes through the end of July, with an option to renew your lease! Please reach out to me if this looks like a great fit for you!
I can move out as early as December, but preferably January would be ideal!
