Howdy everyone! I am moving back to my hometown for personal reasons so I am in need of someone to sublease from me next semester (Spring ). I live with 3 awesome 👩 girls along with a single dog, so it’s a very 🐕 pet friendly home! I have the only downstairs bedroom, which is the largest room, bathroom and 🚶 walk-in-closet. Fully furnished! Along with the room I have a great covered parking space that’s right in front of the front door! It’s a very safe and 🎇clean environment that is 🌉 gated and the whole community is 🐕 pet friendly. Community has a clubhouse, 🏊 pool, and hot tub. Also, it is located on 🚌 bus route with its very own stop (very close to campus).
Rent is $/month through July, all utilities are covered except 💡electricity (around $/month)
