Howdy! I am subleasing my room for spring , but if needed could sublease as soon as November. The room is the 2x2 Prime floor plan at The Stack in College Station, this is a really great location. The floor plan in the pictures is a bit smaller than what the apartment is actually like, since it is the 2x2 PRIME. My room is the bigger of the two rooms. The building is right on North🌉 gate, Zachry Engineering complex is right in front. It is also very close to North campus(this is especially great for engineering students). There are alot of places to eat 🚶 walking distance from the apartment.All utilities are included in the $ monthly rent , so there are no EXTRA COSTS. The apartment has several amentities including the following: a 🏊 pool and hottub, 🏊 poolside cabanas, outdoor living spaces with HD 📺 tv&#;s and 🍔 grilling areas, gaming area, fitness center, pylometric room, a sports field, coffee bar, study lounges on every floor, conference room with wifi printing, surface and garage parking. The surface parking is included in the month&#;s rent but if garage parking is wanted, it will be $ extra a month. My roomate is also looking to sublease so if wanting to move in with another person let me know, I can get in contact with my roomate.
