Howdy! Looking for a 👩 girl to rent out my half of a two-bedroom apartment about 3 miles from campus. It is a spacious one bedroom with attached bathroom and huge 🚶 walk in closet. New carpet and hard floors throughout entire apartment. Full size kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. Good size balcony with extra storage room for 🚴 bikes, etc. Bedroom will be unfurnished. Apartment complex includes a workout facility, large 🏊 pool, hot tub, and a free Starbucks machine in the lobby! Absolutely ❤️love this place, but I will be gone spring for an internship. Complex is also 🐕 pet friendly to most breeds. I have one 👩 femaleroommate who is currently as sophomore at Texas A&M. She is extremely sweet and very 🎇clean!
