Hello! I&#;ve got an Upperdeck style townhome room on the second floor I am looking to sublet, 1, square feet. I have a private balcony. The unit has a central 📺 tv, is fully furnished, and comes with all basic amenities and utilities. I have 3 roommates who are quite quiet, but one of them will be leaving in January. I myself am leaving for a co-op, which is why I am putting my place up for sale. Monthly rent is $ plus utilities, but I will cover the utilities for you for the length of your lease after you take it over for me.
