I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Junction Apartments in College Station, Texas.
The rent every month will be $
The payments for rent are private and separate for each room in the unit
The only things not included in your rent would be your utilities (typically $ is what i pay a month) & living room furniture. (If renting bedroom furniture from the junction, you will also have to pay monthly)
WIFI is free at the junction
My lease is a 5-bedroom all-👩 girl duplex in a 🌉 gated community.
Each bedroom contains a private bathroom & 🚶 walk-in closet.
The junction is equipped with -hour club houses.
-Main clubhouse has private study rooms and massage chairs
-The gym had a weight room, a spin room, standing 🕶️ tanning beds, a yoga room, a steam room & a sauna!
-there is a third clubhouse with 📺 tvs and gaming systems
The junction also has a resort styled 🏊 pool containing cabanas for lounging, 📺 tv screens, and two 🍔 grills for cooking
Along with the 🏊 pool, there is an out door sand volleyball court & an out door workout station
The Junction also has dog washing stations & is 🐕 pet friendly!
If you need a ride to campus, the junction has 🚍 bus stations surrounding the complex to get you to and from class!
The Junction also has a trash service to pick up your trash and disprove of it for you!
The staff at the junction is very reliable and friendly!
