This is an unfurnished, first floor, 1x1 apartment. I am having to move out, but my lease is not up until September. You could also always renew the lease as well. The rent includes internet! You would have fully updated appliances including a full size washer and dryer. Please PM me with questions or additional information and pictures. I am willing to pay sublet fee (if any) and the dollar deposit fee. The apartment will be available for move in this coming week. The month of May is payed for!
