With a resort style 🏊 pool, hour two story fitness center, yoga studio, sauna, sand volleyball court, tennis court, interactive study rooms, free on-site parking, controlled access date, and free high-speed wifi, you will have everything a college student can ever need! Water/sewer, garbage removal, cable, and internet are all the includedutilities (💡electricitynot included). It is about 2.0 miles from TAMU, however it is located directly on the TAMU 🚍 bus line! These cottages are also only 7.9 miles from Blinn College! The unit has four roommates that are all incoming, 👩 female freshman. These 👩 girls are so sweet and are a lot of fun!
