Townhouse 4 bedroom 4 bathroom in the barracks. Rent is $ a month plus utilities. Bedroom is downstairs with personal bathroom attached and big 🚶 walk in closet. Also has a fenced backyard with open field behind backyard. Parking is in front of house three lanes that are double space(two cars in one lane). Has 🚍 bus route for a&m, the cove membership plus two guest passes, outdoor workout equipment, and dog park. Currently have three roommates that do have dogs. It is through the barracks and the maintenance is very good.
