Oct 2015: The town homes themselves are very nice, high quality and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are well kept. The kitchens are beautiful and rent is very fairly priced.
However, the parking situation for four bedroom units is less than ideal. There are only 3 unobstructed parking spots per four bedroom unit, therefore the fourth tenant has to constantly move their vehicle for the 3 tenants parked in spots.

Oct 2015: RENTERS BEWARE!
Our son lived at The Barracks for a year - he enjoyed living there, paid rent on time every month and moved out in July in order to live with friends at another complex. We have yet to receive his deposit despite the fact that he filled out the appropriate paperwork, gave the required notice and left a forwarding address with management.

Sep 2015: Absolutely TERRIBLE management. I mean come on guys, please learn how to run a business. I've called multiple times and have left two messages with my information for them to return my call and have gotten no reply. Yes the house is nice, but walls are thin and they really don't care about their residents with all the construction they've been doing. My car has been COVERED in debris from them doing work across the street. I will continue to encourage people not to waste their money and time here and instead try other places like UClub.
