The room is located upstairs (circled in red on the photo of the floorplan), its the largest room in the house, with a 🚶 walk-in closet & private bathroom. There are 2 other roommates in the unit currently downstairs, & they are super friendly! The barracks is an amazing place to live with a 🌉 gated Sun 🏊 pool, Basketball Courts, 2 Fenced Dog Parks, Frisbee Golf Course, Sand Volleyball Court, Outdoor Fitness Park, etc. 🐕 pet friendly and the unit comes with a washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen, and a nest system. Private parking in front of the unit and large grass field and 🚶 walking path behind the unit.
