Jun 2016: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Living in a dumpster is better than living here! I absolutely hated living here! Please save yourself from living in horrid conditions! My apartment complex was full of mold and lots of my clothes got ruined! In addition, the large amounts of mold in my apartment affected my health and gave me breathing problems. There was human poop on my carpet when I moved in and they did nothing about it! I would give zero stars if that was possible. When it rains it floods every where around the complex and it gets extremely muddy! The staff at the front office are extremely rude and fake!
Review from 6/6/16 on Apartment RatingsNov 2015: They ripped me off !!! I moved out on time but they sent me a bill for 1000 dollars claiming they received the keys one day late. I read online they've done the same thing to a few other people already. Dont trust them at all!

Aug 2015: The only pros to this apartment is its location and price. Apart from that, the management is horrible, I've never seen anything like them. They lie to you constantly, don't BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY UNLESS IT IS WRITTEN DOWN, and always, ALWAYS protect your own right. The apartment itself is worn down and old, we've actually had a bedroom's bathroom ceiling catch on fire due to aging wires, good thing nobody was hurt due to quick action.

Jun 2015: I can't tell if my experience living at Scandia got better as my lease continued or if I just got used to how mediocre it is.
Pros:
Location to HEB, bus routes, cheapish, quiet neighborhood.
Cons:
Old, janky appliances and doors, flooding, maintenance sucks. My biggest problem was the staff. They often messed up my payments and bills. I was told there was another resident in my building by the exact same name, which I know is a lie and the Scandia team is just incompetent. There is a fee added to utilities to cover their "security lighting" which is around 30 extra dollars a month.
