Jan 2018: These people are seriously full of it I spent extra time cleaning the apartment and having someone come in to help get the apartment cleaned on time. I ask about my deposit and receive a bill saying I owe 331 dollars that’s a bunch of bull. Review from Google
Aug 2017: They are just horrible. The front office is rude. And when you move-out they charge you for what ever they feel like without any justification. I actually paid a person to clean the apartment including mopping, vacuuming etc and yet they charged me for that. Do not live there!!1 Review from Google

Dec 2016: Trashy apartments . Horrible experience with staff . They always trying to get a $ . Got hung up in my face when I got pissed and told them what I thought about them . I can't wait for my lease to be up . The inside is ugly . They need to get it together because everybody I know who stays here complaining and can't wait to move . The outside is nice that's about it . don't move in here you will hate it.

Nov 2015: I will never again live at an apartment complex owned by this management and neither should you. Here's why-
First, I was told my non-smoking apartment was ready for move in. Upon arrival, there were dishes in the dishwasher, loads of cool whip containers in the cabinets and pantry, and silverware in the drawers. The apartment was not vacuumed, the bathroom and kitchen not cleaned, and to top it all off it REEKED of smoke. Let's just say it took two days and $60 worth of cleaning products to get the place livable. That does not cover the smoke smell. I had to buy two air purifiers to get the stench out. It took 2 months before I could fall asleep without sneezing.
