Just 2 blocks from the north side of campus and includes a reserved garage parking spot (can be dropped to bring the price to $). The apartment is on the 5th floor, all utilitiesincluded other than 💡electric, and is fully furnished. There are all black appliances, pantry, washer/dryer in unit, and provided " 📺 tv. The unit overlooks the 🏊 pool on the interior of the building so there is none of the street noise! The complex is very quiet and good for studying but you are also just a block from the center of North🌉 gate. (Unfortunately no pets unless they are a service or emotion support animal)

Move in would be the first week of January and the lease goes through July st. With this deal I am covering $ of each months rent. I will also cover the $ application fee and there is no deposit required (you will actually get the $ apartment deposit when you move out).
