Hi, Loading...

Apr 2017: I am a current resident here, this is a very nice apartment, not much to complain about other then the maintenance service is a little bit slow and when we moved in we moved in at the end of the month, we paid the full rent amount the day we moved in and then on the 1st we got charged with the full amount of rent again. No one told us that we would have to pay on the 1st of each month when we moved in which is disappointing, so if you plan to get an apartment here I would suggest moving in on the 1st of the month. Mar 2017: Living at Campus Crossings has been amazing. I honestly do not have a single complaint to make. Happy I decided to renew here! I highly recommend anyone to live at CC. Location is great, maintenance is fast and the staff is always happy to help. Review from 3/24/17 on Google
Feb 2017: A good location close to campus and bus routes. Also has a decent weight room for an apartment complex. That being said, The management here is a complete joke. Do they understand efficiency? No. Do they communicate well with their tenants having issues(minor or major)? Ha! No! The 5-star reviews on here are given by the employees and staff, those of which clearly do not care one iota to make their reviews a reality. Disregard the hours you see online sometimes they close at 5:30, sometimes 6:00, maybe on a good day they will actually close on time. Review from 2/16/17 on Google
Dec 2016: *NOTE: They are NOT 100% Recommended, they just don't allow negative reviews to go up.* These [words inappropriate for the public]s are all about $$$ and don't care about you or your experience. Parents, I highly recommend seeking living for your kids elsewhere. They will screw you and your children out of every single dime they possibly can. Consider this your warning. Dec 2016: I love living at Campus Crossings on Marion Pugh. Renovations are almost complete for the entire property and although it can be slightly inconvenient, the staff and GM do a great job of counteracting any discomfort by always being professional and caring. It is a great location and I love the size of both my apartment and the property itself. Amenities are great, and make living here so convenient. The interior renovations are beautiful! I have never had issues with noise and I feel safe on property. I would encourage anyone considering living here to give them a chance. Past reviews are misleading and are not always 100% accurate. A lot can change when you renovate and change companies- and at Campus Crossings all changes have been totally positive! I love coming home to my apartment! Review from Google
Nov 2016: The complex overall is really quiet unlike other college apartments. The rooms are large, they fit king sized beds. Large walk in closets also. Route 36 runs the perimeter of the complex so you have 3 stops total.(resident review 11/14/2016 Google)
Jun 2016: I enjoyed living here. The facilities are great, I love the weight room and pool and dog park. haven't had any trouble with management, the office is friendly and attentive overall. It is a short bike ride to campus and there is a bus that stops right on Jones Butler. We are one of the firsts on the route, so getting a seat is pretty easy even during rush hour. Also nice to have that park across the street for the pup. Review from 6/15/16 on Google
May 2016: They act like they're customers matter but when it comes to delivering there is much to be desired. Got news for them, that's a fast way to start losing clients. Word gets around. Worst experience I've ever had with an apartment complex. Update: And in response you literally just copy and paste this response?: "Response from the owner Hello. We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the community. We take our customer service standards very seriously and would love to have the opportunity to make things right. Please call or feel free to take a moment to stop into the office so we can remedy these issues. Thank you." Seriously? That is the laziest way of dealing with reviews and people are going to see that. It really shows how much customer service actually means to you. That's really disappointing. May 2016: Do not move here! As soon as we moved in we had constant trouble with our apartment. Our neighbors above us would clog up the main pipe and as a result our sinks, kitchen, dishwasher and living room would flood with dirty disgusting water. This has happened about 4 times in the past 6 months. Maintenance would call a plumber, but that always took a couple days to get fixed. There's always constant construction going on and the water gets shut off for at least two weeks out of the month. And when the water gets shut off, the showers and sinks run brown. Nov 2015: Granted it does have some below pat insulation, but I chose this place because it provided the best bang for my buck. I have all the space I need and more. There are two pools, an amazing work out room, and the management is friendly and ask you how you are when you walk in the office. They have events to maybe win free stuff and if not win, have fun. They are renovating things as we speak to better the place. I sure do like this place. Review from 11/3/15 on Google
Jul 2015: You get what you pay for. These apartments are cheap but there is a reason. The worst part about this complex is the management and their staff. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. I don't know that I've ever interacted with people in a customer service capacity who treated customers with such disdain. Anytime I had an issue I would have to call or stop in the office multiple times to get the issue resolved. I've lived in multiple apartment complexes and this is by far the most poorly managed I've ever seen. Review from 7/29/15 on Google
Jul 2015: I had a minor dispute involving an issue at the complex. After conveying my concerns to Genevieve, the General Manager, she was very understanding and promised to make a call to address the issue, promising to call me back within a short time. She did call me back and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Genevieve was very professional and very helpful. THANK YOU!! Review from 7/24/15 on Google
