Subleasing my bedroom and bathroom in a 4x4 apartment for the summer! My apartment is located at Aspire College Station ( University Dr) and is just across the street from the engineering building on campus. The ameneties are amazing with a 🏊 pool and deck with 🍔 grills, a study cafe, and a gym. Two of my roommates graduated this semester and I’m not entirely sure if they are moving out. I have completely moved out of the apartment so it is fully ready to be moved into. The rent for May has been payed for so it would only be rent for June and July. The lease ends July and the new tener would have to move out by pm on that day. Utilities are not included in the rent but have usually ranged from $ a month. I also do not have a parking pass so if that is necessary that would have to be discussed with the leasing office directly. Please let me know if you would like more information at .
