It is a 4-bedroom townhome style FULLY FURNISHED apartment. It is the medium sized 4 bedroom apartment that offers at $/month. (SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN THEIR CURRENT RATES)
Our renewal rate is far better than the public rate you would receive from the leasing office. After moving in, the renewal deal was for $ month but you&#;ll receive about a month free on each lease. (We signed with a rental credit of $ during one of their specials.)
This unit is in amazing condition, newly renovated, and located in a very quiet corner of the community. We have lived here quite a while and have never had maintenance issues beyond a lightbulb going out or air filters needing to be changed.
Covered parking is available - We highly suggest it.
Ample parking available near each unit if you choose not to receive covered parking.
Unit has an attached private balcony, large windows, vaulted ceilings, and has always stayed low in terms of utilities (I&#;ve never paid over $).
Second story apartment, thick walls, very quiet community. About a 2 minute drive to HEB, 1 minute to the nearest ⛽gas station, minutes to The Bush School, and about 8 minutes to ILCB/MSC.
Very 🐕 pet friendly, but no backyard. There&#;s a dog park onsite!
**They have the largest half-court basketball court in College Station!!**
Emergency maintenance is available. Honest, hardworking maintenance team that always takes care of the community.
This community has been very good to me and my roommate these past few years ~ We have been very happy here and hate to leave, but we would ❤️love for someone to take this deal that I received when I renewed.
