I am currently a senior at TAMU but for my spring semester I will be doing a Co-op in Houston and I will not need my current apartment. The apartment is $ base rent plus utilities which is normally around $. The apartment is fully furnished and is an all 👨 male apartment. The other 3 roommates all go to TAMU and 2 are seniors majoring in Physics and Communication while the other one is a graduate student. They are really quiet and 🎇clean and mostly keep to themselves, I have not had any issues with them at all. Parking is very easy and I normally find a spot right outside my apartment and the complex is very quiet at night.
Here are some basic things to know:
The apartment is about a min drive with traffic to lot
The apartment complex has its own 🚍 shuttle🚍 buses that run non-stop but there is a dedicated route nearby (🚍 bus line ) which will take you directly to main campus.
The lease is good through July st and you will have to option to renew.
I will be willing to pay for the month of January and I will take care of all the subleasing fees.
You can move in any⌚time after December 9th after my last final.
