Searching for a Furnished Apartment in Gainesville, FL Close to UF Campus?
I am UF graduate student and graduating coming December, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. This is not sub-leasing, this means, you will take over my lease with my rate and sign this through my apartment complex, nothing sketchy. My apartment will be available January 1st, to move in at the earliest and your contract will run till 8/1/. You will also be able to renew this contract with West- if you enjoy the complex and the apartment without changing apartment units and often low renewal rates when decided early.
The rent is: $.- per month

Your roommate is years old, currently an animal science student at UF, and applying for graduate schools. We have social moments; little chats, watching 📺 tv, or busy in the kitchen, but it is all very casual and we are also in our rooms just doing our own thing.
