The Retreat at Gainesville is an amazing neighborhood to live in. It is located less than five minutes from UF and there are 🚍 buses that can take you every minutes. Each household is in its own cottage and there are three floors. Room also comes with amenities such as a 🏊 pool, a gym, study rooms, green area for 🐕 pets, volleyball court, bonfires, 🍔 grills, etc. Rent includes utilities, cable, and internet. Any other questions please do not hesitate to call. Prices are negotiable, and room is available for Spring Semester.
