I&#;m looking to sublease my 1/1 in a 3/3 at Museum 🚶 walk ASAP; lease ends 7//. It is a 👩 female only unit. Wifi and parking are included in the rent, but utilities (electric, 🌊 water, sewer) are not (they&#;re never over $). My room is the one by the front door, and is slightly larger than the other two. The two 👩 girls that will be staying in the unit are both very nice and tend to keep to themselves. The office and maintenance staff are very sweet and always willing to help. Museum 🚶 walk is on the following 🚌 bus routes: , , , , , , and Later Gator C. It is also very conveniently placed next to two SNAP stops. Just across the street are Southwest Rec and the two Museums. Monthly rent is negotiable (usually $).
Comes with full sized bed, dresser, desk, chair, shelf and night stand. I can leave the curtain rod if interested. This apartment complex is 🐕 pet friendly, but requires consent from the other two roommates (who will more than likely agree)
