The apartment is a 4x4, but it is only him who is looking for a sublease (1x1) - it comes furnished.
The rent is $ a month but he is willing to negotiate. UtilitiesINCLUDED. The room comes with a queen sized bed, a decently sized desk, a chair for the desk, and two dressers!
Parking decal will also be paid for!
