Utilities and internet are included in the rent each month. You have access to a private bathroom, 🚶 walk-in closet, washer, dryer, fully functional kitchen, and fully furnished common area with 📺 tv. You will have three 👩 female college roommates so the resident must be 👩 female. UV is a very safe and friendly neighborhood that houses mostly college students and Landmark Properties host many promotional events in the clubhouse with merch and free🍕 food.
