I am renting out 1 out of the 4 rooms in my apartment for a 1 year lease starting in June !!. The apartment has been completely remodeled with new toilets, hardwood floor, tile, lighting, appliances, and paint. The rent price of $ a month includes furniture, utilities, cable, internet, and washer/dryer. The room includes a Full Size Mattress, Box Spring, Bed Frame, Headboard, Desk, Desk Chair, Nightstand, and Mirror. The kitchen and living room are also fully furnished. The bedroom has its own closet and bedroom. The apartment is close to NCSU and is on the 🚌 bus route. I- is also very close-by making the location even more convenient.
The renter will have full access to the University Village at clubhouse and all the amenities included there (gym, 🏊 pool, lounges, etc.) during business hours; however, UVillage is a different management company and there are ⌚times UWoods (my unit) residents are not allowed to use UVillage facilities. Current tenants prefer to have a student or someone between . If you are interested please contact me ASAP.
