I am subleasing a private bedroom and bathroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. There is a Wolf-line stop right outside the complex if you need to get to class and it is also right by the highway. The apartment is unfurnished and parking is included. There is a $ application fee involved in order to apply to be eligible to live here, I am willing to negotiate that.
