Hello! I’m looking to sublease/ have someone take over my lease for a room at University Suites in a four bedroom unit over the summer (from mid April or May to the end of July). Move in date is flexible! The complex itself has free parking. The room has a spacious closet and it’s own bathroom.
The other rooms are occupied by nice, respectful 👩 girls who are students at NC State. Rent and utilities come out to about $ per month.
