University Meadows is located about 2 miles from NCSU, but within Walking distance to a Wolfline stop, and close to a CAT stop. The whole community is made up of the popular 4 bedroom 4 bath condos (same as Lake Park or University Commons). The apartments at University Meadows include Washer and Dryer as well as fully equipped kitchens.
There are not so many community features at Uniersity Meadows given it is a fairly small community. The main benefits are the private bedrooms with their own bath.
University Meadows is made up of private owners so price, pet policy, and maintenance handling can vary greatly.
