University Commons is located right on NCSU's Wolfline Shuttle (University Commons in Raleigh, seems to be a very common name). With the student friendly 4 bed and 4 bath layout almost all of the persons living at University Commons are NCSU students.
While the 4 bedroom 4 bath layout can be found in other communities University Commons has one of the better locations being right on the Wolfline.

University Commons was built in 1996 and is one of the first of the 4 bedroom 4 bath Layouts around NCSU. The units are individually owned meaning no one management company handles the complex. Wilson Property Management (919-755-0864) manages the Home Owners Association and also manages many of the units. Wilson Property Management as well as many individual owners rent to students without Social Security Numbers.
