Jan 2019: My apartment was partial underground. I'm not sure if this is the reason that I never stopped fight with BUGs for the entire year. Millipedes, cockroaches, spiders, etc. And the complex is not well managed. Management office is remote and has a terrible accountant. It took me 7 months to retrieve my over paid water bill.

Apr 2018: Horrible management-- the people are very rude in the way they handle things and it's tiring to deal with. The apartments are not in a very good condition, especially the dirty bathrooms. It is a convenient location for students, but personally, I do not find it worth staying.How big are apartments at University Commons? All apartments at University Commons are 4 bed, 4 bath and are about 1200 sq ft. This is pretty large. Do I need a car at University Commons? No, you do not need a car if you live at University Commons. It is right on Wolfline Shuttle which runs to the two NCSU campuses as well as to some local grocery stores....read more
Jul 2014: Overall nice place. Pretty good location on the wolfline, so I do not need to drive often. Other places are better when it comes to having a pool and fitness center, but I haven't missed it much. Been lucky, only 3 of us in the apartment so have a room open for guest.
