Hi all, I have a studio apartment at Uncommon Raleigh right on Hillsborough Street that I am looking for someone to do a lease takeover with starting in January or earlier if you want it sooner. It&#;s a studio so it&#;s a bedroom/living room combined with a bathroom that has a glass door shower. It is completely furnished, couch, bed, ⛄ refrigerator, stove/oven, ☢ microwave, dishwasher, smart 📺 tv, and in unit washer and dryer. It has a sliding mirror door closet. This Apartment is in the 3rd floor and overlooks community 🏊 pool and hot tub. Apartment is a very short 🚶 walk to campus, about minutes if you&#;re going to the building, about 7 minutes to D.H. Hill I do have a parking space available that can be included in the lease takeover, it is an additional $ a month you do not have to take over the parking if you don&#;t want to. This is a perfect apartment for people that value their privacy and want easy access to everything NCSU and Raleigh has to offer. Please let me know if you are interested!
