Hey everyone, I am reposting here because a few possible subleasers have fallen through. I&#;m moving to Chapel Hill in July and looking to sublease my bedroom in a 2bed2bath apartment at Oberlin Court for $ a month, not including utilities (about $ a month). You would have a private bedroom and bathroom along with a 🚶 walk-in closet and all the amenities (a very nice 🏊 pool). My lease ends in October and my roommate Riley is staying until then. She is a grad student at NC State and very friendly. I am open to just a summer sublease or whatever combination of months from July-October would work, I just can&#;t afford to pay 2 rents. Also, if you end up wanting to stay you have the option to renew the lease in October. If you are at all interested please let me know!
