North Shore is located right on NCSU's Centennial Campus. North Shore is a townhome community first started in 2005 with sections recently constructed as well. The townhomes have two pretty neat Layouts, 4 floors: ground floor: garage/stock-guest room; 2nd floor: living room/half bathroom/kitchen/balcony; 3rd floor: two bedrooms/full bathroom, 4th floor: one bedroom/full bathroom/balcony and 3 floors with the same as the above, just no 4th floor.
There are no community features for North Shore, but due to the location you can use the NCSU facilities.
North Shore is within Walking distance to the brand new Hunt Library and Lake Raleigh. There are 3 Wolfline bus stops that run by (#3, #8 and #11) and access to the CAT bus line as well. It is only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride to the Farmers market and a 5 mins bike ride to the nearest grocery store....
