Mar 2019: I lived in Mordecai on Clover from 2018-19, and the location and place is great for the price that I paid (1209/mo). However, the staff (not including maintenance, which was wonderful), is often rotating and not in accordance with one another. When there were car break-ins on site, management refused to let others know for over a week (I had emailed them about this). If they had, then others (including my roommate) could have been vigilant and kept their belongings safe. I think that this says a lot about the property management company, as they did not have problems sending out emails in that same week advertising referral opportunities to peddle their open apartments.
Please note that upon moving out in February, they offered me an incentive for a 5 star review - take the five star reviews with a grain of salt. Note that an influx of 5 star reviews happened within the past month, which is when the incentive expired. Review from GoogleFeb 2019: Convenient, great location. The apartments offer a comfy, familial feeling as opposed to many of these modern, sterile feeling apartments that are rapidly growing through the area. Walking distance to everything on Person Street. You can walk downtown in about 15-20 minutes. The condos are spacious, the layout is amazing, everyone is super friendly (I just moved to Raleigh in November), and the location is perfect!
