Jan 2014: I LOVE living here. I was a little skeptical at first because of the run down houses on the road in front of it, but we haven't had any problems at all. It is super quiet, our neighbors are all super nice. There is always plenty of parking and the parking lot is very well lit. These are relatively new compared to other university apartments in the area. I think they were built in the 2002-2004 range. We have had almost no maintenance issues. Our heater stopped working, I reported it at 8am and they had it fixed by 1pm. It is so nice to be near the wolfline. It comes every 15-20 min so it's very convenient for getting to class. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a clean, quiet, place to live.

Nov 2012: Such a wonderful place to live! Rent is extremely reasonable for the quality you get. Full kitchen with relatively new appliances. Rooms are pretty spacious with walk in closets. Power bill for 3 conservative people was approximately $80 per month.
Pros
RIGHT ON THE WOLFLINE- literally walk up the hill and be right at the wolfline bus stop. Approximately 5-10 min ride to campus with all stops. Route 2 Hillsborough St bus.

Walk in Closet
Safe neighborhood- no problems with break-ins, sketch people, or feeling unsafe.
Parking- Lots of parking. No assigned parking spots. Only had trouble finding parking once or twice late at night. Visitor parking is on street very close and ample.

May 2011: This is a great place to live. I just renewed my lease for a 2nd year. The parking is good, guests can park right on the street. I love living in a townhome.
