Oct 2019: Highly recommended! I have been staying here for 4 months and this place has exceeded my expectations. Maintenance service is great and very prompt. The office staffs are very friendly and welcoming. I love the surrounding ambiance very much. This is a perfect place for students.
Jun 2019: I have lived here for three years. Today I felt so much disappointed. Their service was not as good as before. I requested for changing blinds, and they would charge me for $25 per each. I have requested for changing the blinds before without any extra charges. If they changed the service rules, should we be noticed? Review from Google
Mar 2019: Stay away from this place! Some of the units are nice, but my unit was infested with roaches. I'm talking all over every room of the apartment, turn on the lights at night and they're all over everything. My girlfriend was once woken up by one crawling on her neck. I never could have imagined such a miserable experience. don't waste your time or your money here. It might be cheap, but it's just not worth it!!! Learn from my mistake. Review from Google
Mar 2019: Our unit was infested with roaches and the (incompetent and unavailable) staff didn't care so it didn't get better. don't waste 12 months of your life here because you'll regret it. Review from Google
Mar 2019: I have to say that I have very memorable and great living experience at Kensington park for two years. It is a very nice, safe and clean community with the best management and maintenance team, ever! They are very nice and always helps! Highly recommended. Review from Google

Feb 2019: Living here was a nightmare. Roaches, mildew, plumbing problems, the list goes on.
Feb 2019: I highly recommend this apartment complex and management company - it is an ideal place for unit size, quality, location, and value. Had a great time here for 4 years. Spacious interiors, in good proximity to campus (on bus line and nice bike trail), and an excellent staff that were very knowledgeable and responsive. 10 minute walk to centennial campus. They are in the process of renovating many units with hardwood floors, which are nice but will cost a little more. Quiet neighborhood for the most part all year round and a very safe area. Some units have a much better yard/view than others, ours was great - a nice grassy patch out front felt like a little yard - but others looked straight into a wall. So I would recommend a new tenant check that out before move in. Review from Google

Jul 2018: Lived here for a year, nothing but good things to say about it. Good value. Maintenance requests were filled super fast for me. Spacious, great floor plan, parking is not an issue at all. Good location. Friendly/helpful office staff. Power bill may run high due to older insulation, but still a better value than most surrounding properties. Review from Google
May 2018: It would have been ok but there's so many bugs. I think during the winter its ok but for the rest of the year there's just a constant stream of cockroaches, and sometimes crickets and spiders, but the roaches were the main problem. The apartments are pretty spacious, and the location is convenient, but for me the cockroaches totally ruined everything else for me. The maintenance staff are nice but totally disorganized and it takes forever to get anything fixed (if at all). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Staff is great and the location is close to the University. Only issue is drivers getting lost! Shout out to Jess and Deneen! Review from Google
Apr 2018: We stayed in a Gorman Crossing flat last year, and Gorman Crossing townhouse this year. We liked the townhouse better since we had a backyard and inside of the house was getting more sun. The management office is the best. They are really responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are done timely. Location is perfect if you are working at NC state. Some comments are complaining about old building issues. We did not have them at our apartments. I guess Gorman Crossing buildings are newer than the others. Not all apartments are uniform. If you can find a newly renovated apartment, you will get much more than what you have paid for. Review from Google
Mar 2018: infested with roaches! disgusting!! i can't wait to move out 😖😫 Review from Google
Feb 2018: Over-priced, and non-responsive landlord. Look around for a little longer and you will find far better apartments with better prices and services. Review from Google
Feb 2018: The apartments are very clean and big. The maintenance team is very responsive. I loved my stay here. Btw, I stayed here for 2 years. Review from Google
Jan 2018: The staff are really friendly, the rooms are a good size...I wanted to like this place but it ended up being kind of trashy. Literally, our neighbors just throw trash over the side of the porch and it lands in our yard. Broken or dirty household items, snack wrappers, beer bottles, clothes hangers, whatever. Somebody threw their chewed gum on our porch, hahah. The people who do repairs are friendly, but tend to do a half-assed job and make a huge mess leaving trash everywhere. It kind of makes you want to try to fix everything yourself or if you can't then just deal with it. Review from Google
Jan 2018: Very responsive and quick in processing any requests. I rented an apartment for 2 years and never faced any problem. The apartments are well maintained by them. Even the subleasing process was quick. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Not sanitary living condition. A lot of roaches everywhere and in general not clean. Decent size apartments but kind of trashy. I would rate it so low just because of the roaches, uncleanliness. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Roach-infested and overcrowded. There's never any parking so people have come up with some crazy solutions. If you want a spot you might have to come home around 2am. Plus my roommates and I are always finding scratches or dings in our cars. It sucks that there's nothing we can do about it. Be prepared to buy a lot of Raid. We usually see at least a dozen roaches every day and you know for every roach you see there's so many more hiding nearby. The funny thing about the kitchens is, at least in our unit, the countertops are this dark brown-purple-red mottled color so the roaches blend right in. I'll be wiping down the counter thinking there's only crumbs and when I look at the paper towel there's several little roaches stuck to it. Sometimes I'll take a bowl out of the cupboard and there'll be a roach just chillin inside. We've found them in Review from Google
Sep 2017: I am a grad student who has stayed for 8 years and plan to leave this place on this month. This area is not really criminal. I don't experience anything like other reviews so far.
Aug 2017: I lived here for a year. There were tons of bugs at first and the inside of the dishwasher was black with mold. The office will send pest control but they have to come by periodically to keep the bugs from coming back. The power went out countless times in the year I lived here. The road floods in front of my building whenever it rains heavily. I have been trapped in my parking lot with no way to get out due to the flooding. Packages from amazon and other reputable sellers simply never get delivered here or get stolen. No warning was given about any of this. There is no emergency maintenance line so if you have a problem outside of regular business hours, you're out of luck. Maintenance was not available to fix our AC unit that started leaking on the weekend and then was not available after hours to fix it again after not fixing it right the Review from Google
Aug 2017: I lived here for four years, and I loved every moment of it. The apartments are very nice and solid. Perfect for any college student who doesn't want to pay a lot of money. All maintenance tasks were handled that same day (or next day if I emailed in the night before), and all the maintenance team member was so freaking fast at what they did. The office staff was incredibly friendly and cared about each of their tenants. This is a family owned business, so I got real customer service because the owner lived nearby. If I weren't moving to a house in Cary, I would have stayed here for at least another 4 years. Review from Google
Aug 2017: This is a worst apartment I have ever lived. These townhouses and apartments are really really old. I heard that these houses built in 20th century. Therefore, there always have cockroach in our rooms, and we need apply pest control service approach once a week. Also, the office would like to charge fees. Never ever choose it!! Review from Google
Jul 2017: I lived here for 3 years as an undergraduate student in a single bedroom Trinity Properties apartment. Management was nice and problems were taken care of quickly. Though this varies from person to person, as I had friends living in the other apartments and townhomes with Trinity Properties who dealt with horrible maintenance. All problems were simply spray painted over and water leaks were never repaired, just dried. Rent increased each year by about 6-7%. The apartment was very spacious and faced a treeline (which was unfortunately cut down this past year). The kitchens in the single bedroom units are quite small. Most single bedroom units do not have a washer and dryer. There is a shared washer and dryer in the building for tenants that can be used, but it broke a couple of times and one tenant left cat food in there, so I found a reall Review from Google
Jul 2017: The apartments are very nice, especially if you get a remodeled one with wood floor. The layout is not the best, especially if you live with a stranger as the rooms are right next to each other (the walls are paper thin) and most of the two bedrooms apartments have only one bathroom. The apartments are located in a wonderful location close to downtown, I-40 and 440, whole foods, Pullen park, greenways, etc. I enjoyed my time there and hated leaving but I was in a bad situation with an awful roommate. The reason I've given this place 2-stars is because they are notorious for keeping deposits and not returning them. Its like a scam. If you live with someone else and you decide to move out and they stay, you will not get your deposit back, unless your roommate pays it. So if you live here, be prepared to either not get your deposit, or have the Review from Google
