Current roommates all moving out July 1, im Staying if I can find at least 2 people to replace them. 4 bedroom 2.5 baths , with me staying there would be 3 occupants. Rent plus utilities (🌊 water,WiFi, 💡electricity) will be around a month. I’m a year old 👨 male, I work for a living and keep to myself.
