Hello! I am looking to sublet one room in a three-bedroom house! The sublease can begin as early as December th and runs to July st, . You can decide when you want the lease to start.
There are two other young ladies (one finishing up college and the other starting work in Raleigh) living here currently so one room is available. This space is perfect for college-age students and young working professionals! There is A LOT of storage space in the kitchen and the living room is very comfy.
You would also have access to the community gym and 🏊 pool and there are exercise classes offered at the gym multiple ⌚times a week! The house is also by the Neuse River Trail which is perfect for runners and 🚴 bikers.
