Falcon Ridge is right on the NCSU Wolfline Shuttle (at least for part of the neighborhood).
Falcon Ridge is made up of separately owned 2 and 3 bedroom town homes, so you will have to search for a landlord (no one management company). The town homes will come with a fully equipped kitchen and Washer and Dryer. This also means that not everyone living in Falcon Ridge is a renter (pluses and minuses). Being so close to NCSU I would put the number of NCSU students renting there well over 50%. Compared to nearby communities there are more owners here.
There are no community features at Falcon Ridge.
A good number of the units are managed by Wilson Property Management (919-782-1717), if you really want to live here and there are no ads which match your needs.
Pet policy depends on the owner.
