I am looking to sublet my room in a 2x2 at Campus Edge in an all 👩 girl unit. The base rate for rent is . plus . dollar renter&#;s insurance unless you have your own. All utilities, wifi, and cable are included. This room is the largest and you will have your own private bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. The apartment is furnished, so you will have a mattress/bedframe, desk, dresser, and side table in the room. The kitchen and living room are a shared space and are also furnished with tables, chairs, and a sofa. The apartment also has its own full-size washer and dryer. The complex is pet-friendly, but my roommate does not have any 🐕 pets. My roommate is a current undergraduate student. Parking is free in the lot, or you can pay for a garage space if you&#;d like. Amenities included as a resident at the complex are multiple 🏊 pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, -hour Fitness Center, a computer lab and more.
