If you like the apartment you can sign on for a lease and stay in that same apartment after July . I live with 2 other 👩 girls who are STEM majors and always studying and are also very nice. They keep the apartment 🎇clean and don&#;t party on school nights, very respectful of their roommate&#;s needs. Apt is furnished, free parking pass, huge closet, your own bathroom, no issues with AC, and friends can park there during the day without getting towed. Nicely sized kitchen with plenty of counter space. Parking for guests is free on Friday and Saturday.
