The apartment is rent by the room, you would have a separate lease from your roommate. There apartment has an in unit washer and dryer. It has a 🏊 pool view from the balcony and the apartment offers many amenities. They have a basketball court, volleyball court, gym, plenty of of parking and inclusive transportation to and from NCSU. They also provide computers and printers in the clubhouse if needed. They are 🐕 pet friendly and have a dog park. Both my roommate and I are looking to relet our lease for the following year (August-July). Both bed/bath are available if interested!
