Hi! My roommate and I are looking to sublease one of our rooms as our current roommate sadly has to live in her sorority house next year. The unit is fully furnished and includes a 🏊 pool, gym, in-unit laundry, a balcony, updated kitchen, free parking, air-conditioning/heating, and utilities are included! My roommate and I are very 🎇clean and friendly people and are looking to ideally sublease to a 👩 girl, however still feel free to contact me otherwise! Must be okay with living with our (very friendly) golden retriever and cat and support the LGBTQ community.
