I am looking for someone to sublease my room in a two bedroom apartment from June 1- August 3 as I will be completing an internship abroad in Germany. The location/name of the apartment building is Park Avenue. It is located on Hillsborough St. next to Signature apartments, the old Ihop, and the YMCA. This is a new building which means all new stainless steel appliances as well as being fully furnished (including a mounted, " 📺 tv with Roku in the living room). There is an on-site fitness center and yoga studio, mail room, washer & dryer in each apartment, available parking, and it is pet-friendly! The rent would be $ which is ALL INCLUSIVE; meaning there are no other monthly bills to be paid such as heat, 🌊 water, garbage, 💡electricity. And it&#;s only about
a minute 🚶 walk to the belltower!
