Looking for someone to take over my lease for June and July until the lease ends. Everything (💡electricity, 🌊 water, etc) is included with rent. The apartment has a shared kitchen/living room and a private bedroom/bathroom. There are two other 👩 femaleroommates that share the space. The apartment is furnished and there is a balcony. Renters have access to the clubhouse 🏊 pool, gym, and study room. Renters are also provided with a parking sticker. The apartment is less than one mile from UNCG and in a safe area.
