The Heights is an off campus student community near the UTK campus. Students can have the privacy and lifestyle off an off campus and yet still be few minutes away from the campus. The Heights is located approximately two miles from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and has a private Shuttle to the UTK campus. The Heights also offers fully Furnished or unFurnished student apartments in a variety of Floor Plans to choose from, individual liability leases, and cable and Internet are included. All utilities are also included up to a monthly cap.
The community offers two, three, and four bedroom Floor Plans. The amenities are:
