Jun 2016: Highly do not recommend, awful management and didn't take care of issues in a timely manner. Please don't support this business by giving them your money. Broken dryer, washer, microwave, and took months to fix. Mold around windows and took weeks to take care of it.Aug 2014: This place is HORRIBLE. Regardless of what you read on one of the apartment finder sites I can assure you any positive review of this place was written by the owner or management staff. If you have any means of finding an alternative place to live I suggest you do so and never look back.
You should also be aware that what you are paying for is a room about the size of an average dorm room, a bed, a chair, semi-working kitchen appliances, an old washer and dryer, and a largely unusable chest of drawers (as most have some type of mold in them and cause clothing to smell foul).

Jul 2014: Great place to live! I am right by school and they are making several upgrades to make the community look nice. If you are a student, well worth taking a look, can't beat the location!
