Stadium Village condos, as the name implies are located next to Sanford Stadium, on the northern part of UGA campus. It is a Gated community on the bus Route, and within Walking distance for Business, Law, and Fine Arts majors. In Stadium Village you can find five different Layouts of one and two bedroom condos. All condos come with the major kitchen appliances and ceramic tile flooring.

Pool with sun deck Fitness Center
Clubhouse with fireplace, big screen TVs, and Internet access
Laundry facilities
There are two parts of Stadium Village, one for Alumni, and one for Students. If you are reading this, you are probably interested in the Student area.
Stadium Village is a condo community so there are many different owners with their own rules and pricing. Pick your landlord carefully....
