Need someone to lublease my room at Wildwood. 4 Bed, 4 Bath so you get your own space with a 🚶 walk in closet. Apartment is fully furnished and 🐕 pet friendly. One of my roommates has a cat that is friendly, and neither of my roommates are opposed to more 🐕 pets (dog or cat). no parking fee, 🌉 gated areas. Lots of cool ammenties. The apartment is a bottom floor flat style, comes with a fully furnished room and living space, and my roommates also have stuff they are willing to share. On top of rent you pay Electricty, 🌊 water and Sewer and it is usually around $ a month.
I currently pay a month because of my cat (pet rent is +$ with a $ deposit) and Wildwood provides renters insurance. Lots of amenities such as a luxury style 🏊 pool, hot tub, tennis and basket ball courts, club house, gym, spa. Lots of hammocks outside, fireplaces and 🍔 grills. 🌉 gated with police patrol, safe, and easy to get to. not far from LSU, close to grocerystores and 🍕 food. Will add images soon!
