Aug 2017: I've had an overall poor experience with tiger manor. They used the trolley to campus and free breakfast as incentives to move in, but the trolley was down the whole time and they stopped serving breakfast after a couple of months. Breakfast was replaced by "grab and go breakfast" which was basically leaving out some pop tarts for whichever eight people get there earliest. It's in a pretty sketchy area and I wouldn't recommend walking to and from campus. The gate was almost always broken. The pool was constantly filled with people who didn't live there in their underwear. One homeless guy literally lived there for a week before he overdosed on the sidewalk and got arrested right outside the gate, which wasn't a great sight on my way to class. Homeless people also constantly harass you if you try walking to and from class. People are constantl Review from Google Jul 2017: I love it here. Big apartment with upgrades, 2 pools, and very nice gym, plus more! Staff is great and very welcoming. The leasing agent was super friendly with my move-in and it went very quick. Looking forward to my year here. Thanks Tiger Manor!!! :) Review from Google Feb 2017: I was told that my apartment would be ready by Saturday when I would be able to move in. Come Saturday, I was told that they still had to work on the apartment and to come back Monday. I get to the office at 4:30 PM on Monday, and I am told to come back in an hour. When I get back at 5:30, they still aren't ready, and they have to type up the lease. After all of this run-around, I get the key, and IT doesn't EVEN WORK! Now, the employees are gone, and I am stuck finding a place to stay for the night. THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS! What kind of business are you running? Talk about over-promising and under-delivering.
Review from 2/3/17 on Google Dec 2016: !!!WARNING!!! I can't say that how much I hate this place, the only reason that I give it a one star rating is because that I can't give zero star. Horrible attitude of the front office staff, i had an important overnight package that requires my signature, the front office manager or whatever she is Payne signed her name and then when i went to the office and wanted to pick it up, they told me the package is not there, and i went online tracked it again and it says that the package has been signed and received by the front office people. I called them at home and they put me on hold for like 20 min then this Payne lady answered the phone and i asked her where my package was, could you please look for it again, 2 seconds later she told me that she didn't see it.
Review from 12/28/16 on Google Jul 2016: I used to live at Tiger Manor and I loved it. Come 2016, I decide to move back into Tiger Manor. I wish I had not. The new staff in the front office are completely helpless when it comes to anything regarding to my apartment. I called the office about my kitchen sink backing up and they said they would send someone out here in 25 minutes. Two hours later and there is water all over my kitchen floor and apparently "maintenence will be there in a few minutes and the maintenance man had a few more emergency situations to take care of," while my kitchen is slowly flooding with water. I'm starting to regret coming back.
Review from 7/14/16 on Google Jun 2016: Not sure what's wrong with this apartment complex but they always seem if put ridiculous fees onto my bill. Every month I'm charged an extra $52 for not having renters insurance, and every month I have to email them a copy of my renters insurance to avoid the fee. shouldn't they have it on file? Another thing, I rarely have packages. Usually whenever there's a package you'd have to go to the office to pick it up, which is reasonable in case someone steals your package. Anyways, I called the front office to see if they can maybe leave it outside for me or maybe walk a few steps and drop it off at my door since I get off of work at 7 and they close the office at 6.
